Disconnects a customer’s WhatsApp account by its Meta business phone-number id (the phone_number_id returned in GET /customers/{id}). Best-effort unsubscribes the number from Meta webhooks, then soft-deletes and schedules a full purge of the account’s data. Idempotent — repeating the call after the account is gone returns 404.
